如何运用长线补偿法来解决80吨防爆地磅长线衔接精度问题

2.六线制长线补偿法

六(liu)(liu)线(xian)式长线(xian)补(bu)(bu)偿(chang)(chang)法(fa)是对较(jiao)长的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)输线(xian)(一般认为(wei)(wei)(wei)传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)跟二次外(wai)表间隔10m以上为(wei)(wei)(wei)远(yuan)间隔传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)输)构成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)误差进(jin)行补(bu)(bu)偿(chang)(chang)。其(qi)补(bu)(bu)偿(chang)(chang)原(yuan)理是这(zhei)(zhei)样(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de):在原(yuan)有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)四芯(xin)线(xian)式传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(两根鼓(gu)励电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)线(xian))的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)础上,再加上两根鼓(gu)励电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)检测(ce)反应(ying)(ying)线(xian),构成六(liu)(liu)芯(xin)线(xian)式传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。此两根鼓(gu)励电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)检测(ce)反应(ying)(ying)线(xian)在传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)内部接(jie)线(xian)处与(yu)(yu)鼓(gu)励电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)对应(ying)(ying)点短接(jie),把(ba)传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)应(ying)(ying)变电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻桥(qiao)路(lu)两头(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供桥(qiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya),经过(guo)反应(ying)(ying)线(xian)直接(jie)接(jie)至显(xian)示器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)准电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)输入两头(tou)(tou),作为(wei)(wei)(wei)A/D转换器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)准电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)。因为(wei)(wei)(wei)取样(yang)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流小(xiao),反应(ying)(ying)线(xian)上电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)降及反应(ying)(ying)线(xian)随温度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影响等均(jun)(jun)可(ke)(ke)忽略不计。这(zhei)(zhei)样(yang),因为(wei)(wei)(wei)传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)输电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)缆(lan)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻变化(hua)引起供桥(qiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改动情况,可(ke)(ke)经过(guo)稳压(ya)源(yuan)和(he)(he)反应(ying)(ying)调(diao)理作用,对此变化(hua)进(jin)行补(bu)(bu)偿(chang)(chang),就使传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)桥(qiao)路(lu)端的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供桥(qiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)得到(dao)较(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稳定(ding)度(du)(du)。然后(hou)这(zhei)(zhei)种接(jie)法(fa)还(hai)可(ke)(ke)到(dao)达“比率(lv)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)测(ce)定(ding)”和(he)(he)“长线(xian)补(bu)(bu)偿(chang)(chang)”两个意图(tu)。这(zhei)(zhei)时(shi),整个80吨防(fang)爆地磅的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)称重准确度(du)(du)只与(yu)(yu)传(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、模拟(ni)前置扩大器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)A/D转换器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)这(zhei)(zhei)三者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)标有关(guan),而与(yu)(yu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)缆(lan)连线(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)长短、导线(xian)周围的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)环境温度(du)(du)及供桥(qiao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稳定(ding)性(xing)均(jun)(jun)无关(guan)。

3.中继器续程法

中(zhong)继器(qi)是一(yi)个(ge)信(xin)号(hao)(hao)扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)电(dian)(dian)(dian)路。规范传输(shu)(shu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)端衔接传感(gan)器(qi),另一(yi)端衔接中(zhong)继器(qi)。准确丈量(liang)传输(shu)(shu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)降(jiang),经过调(diao)整信(xin)号(hao)(hao)扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)可调(diao)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)调(diao)理扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)倍数,使中(zhong)继器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)输(shu)(shu)出值等于传感(gan)器(qi)输(shu)(shu)出端的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)值。运用信(xin)号(hao)(hao)扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)器(qi)实现对(dui)传输(shu)(shu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)降(jiang)补(bu)偿(chang),削(xue)减传输(shu)(shu)过程中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)号(hao)(hao)丢失。因为中(zhong)继器(qi)是对(dui)规范长度传输(shu)(shu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)降(jiang)进(jin)行补(bu)偿(chang),信(xin)号(hao)(hao)扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)扩(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)倍数十分小,实验值在(zai)1.0002~1.0005之间,搅扰信(xin)号(hao)(hao)对(dui)整个(ge)丈量(liang)体系的(de)(de)(de)(de)影响能(neng)够(gou)忽略不计(ji)。一(yi)台(tai)80吨防爆地(di)磅在(zai)无相互搅扰的(de)(de)(de)(de)情况(kuang)下(xia),能(neng)够(gou)运用多个(ge)中(zhong)继器(qi)。
